Cancellation Inside the Cooling-Off Period
If services have already begun, you are required to pay for the full cost of the service(s) you have used.

Cancellation Outside the Cooling-Off Period
You are required to give 30 days’ notice in order to cancel your contract.
If you were still within your contract when you cancelled, an ETF (Early termination fee) charge will apply. This is calculated as the total of months remaining by month plan; cost is less than 4%.
If you purchased or ordered a device via telesales or the Three website and returned your device, this will be reflected on your account that Lowell have purchased.
The device and all accessories must have been returned. These are tracked so that the device is logged coming back into Three stock and will update on the your account properly.

Lost or Stolen device/SIM cards must be reported to Three to allow suspension of the service and blocking of the handset.
You are liable for any charges incurred up to reporting the loss/theft.
A new SIM card can be issued from Three, but in this case you would be expected to replace the handset.
If the phone is lost or stolen, you must report this. You, the customer, are liable for handset and any charges up until Three are informed. Three will not replace the handset.
Transfer of ownership is available with Three, but the process may vary slightly depending on the transfer reason, e.g. separation/bereavement, and the product that is being used e.g. mobile or broadband.
There are a number of requirements for transfer of ownership to be accepted:
• Three must give consent
• Your account must be up to date
• Both the original account holder and new account holder must pass a DPA (Data Protection Act) check and speak with Three customer services
• The new or proposed account holder MUST pass a credit check. If the credit check fails, the transfer of ownership will not take place.
