Ways to manage your account

Communication preferences

We offer documents in Braille, large-print and audio format and our online portal is optimised so it can be read by screen readers. 

Just tell us which format you’d prefer by contacting us and once you’ve told us, we'll make sure all our communications are sent to you in this format.

Third party authorisation

If you have difficulty communicating and need some help managing contact with us, or if someone helps you manage your finances, then you can add details of a third party to your account by contacting us. Once you have given us the details, the third party can then communicate with us on your behalf.
