Why do I owe this debt to Lowell?

We’ve bought your account from Home Retail Group, which owns various brands including Argos, Habitat, and Homebase.

That means you legally owe the outstanding balance on that account to us now, instead of to Home Retail Group. Any payments you’ve already made towards your account will transfer to us, so don’t worry – every penny you’ve paid will still go towards reducing your balance.

If you’ve been making Direct Debit or standing order payments on your account to a Home Retail Group brand, it is important that you remember to cancel them – you don’t want to be paying twice!

If you don’t contact us and continue to miss payments, we will keep trying to contact you to see what’s going on.
