Home Retail Group debt and Lowell

We’ve bought your account from Home Retail Group, which owns various brands including Argos, Habitat, and Homebase.

That means you legally owe the outstanding balance on that account to us now, instead of to Home Retail Group. Any payments you’ve already made towards your account will transfer to us, so don’t worry – every penny you’ve paid will still go towards reducing your balance.

If you’ve been making Direct Debit or standing order payments on your account to a Home Retail Group brand, it is important that you remember to cancel them – you don’t want to be paying twice!

We’re authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, so you can be confident that your best interests are at the heart of everything we do.

The first thing to do is register or sign in to your online account so you can see the details of the debt.

If you think there’s been a mistake (maybe you bought something from a Home Retail Group brand and returned it; perhaps you’ve already paid the debt), or you suspect fraudulent activity, please get in touch with us right away.

We’ll investigate and help clear things up as quickly as possible.
