Maximise your income
With the rising cost of living creating increasing pressure for many, check whether you could be eligible for additional financial support.

  • Find out more about benefits: financial support is available, even if you're in full time employment
  • Your local council may be able to help you with things like your energy and water bills, food or essential items
  • The UK government are supporting people through the Energy Bills Support Scheme and if you’re entitled to certain benefits or tax credits you may be able to claim extra payments to help with the cost of living

Adjusting a payment plan

If your income or expenditure has changed  and your current payment plan is no longer affordable, you might be able to change your payment plan. Our payment plans are flexible and we can agree a plan that suits your current situation

Giving you time

It can be harder to manage your money if you need to manage a reduced income or additional costs. We can give you time so you don't need to worry about contact from us or making payments until you're ready

Support managing your account

If you’re finding it difficult to manage your account you can authorise someone you know to manage your account. They can be the point of contact to discuss your account.

If you don’t have anyone to support you but are worried about speaking to us on the phone then you can register and view your account(s) online. Alternatively, there are organisations who can help you and we will work directly with them
