Losing someone important to you can be difficult. It’s natural to go through a range of emotions whilst coming to terms with your loss. Samaritans support helpline is available 24/7 for anyone who needs it. Whatever you're going through, a Samaritan will face it with you.
Cruse offers personalised one to one support, and Child Bereavement UK supports families with the loss of a baby or child and helps children who are grieving.

Making financial decisions can be more difficult and it can be harder to manage your money if you need to manage a reduced income or additional costs. We can give you time so you don’t need to worry about contact from us or making payments until you’re ready.
