You can pay any amount by debit card whenever you want. You just need your Lowell reference number (you can find this on any of the letters or emails we’ve sent you), date of birth, and postcode. Please note, we can only accept one-off payments with Visa or Mastercard debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
