How to Pay Online
It's quick and easy. You can register online or use our app to set up a plan by Direct Debit.
Or make a quick one-off payment, you just need your Lowell account number, date of birth and postcode.
Make a one-off payment
You can pay any amount by debit card whenever you want. You just need your Lowell reference number (you can find this on any of the letters or emails we’ve sent you), date of birth, and postcode.
Please note, we can only accept one-off payments with Visa or Mastercard debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Payment plan
It's quick and easy to set up an interest-free plan that spreads your payments over a longer period. And with Direct Debit we’ll take the payments automatically, so you don’t have to remember to do it yourself.
You can set up your personal payment plan online or using our app.
Bank details
If you prefer, you can make a payment by standing order, bank transfer, or payment slip. Don't forget to include your Lowell reference number so we know which account the payment is for. Use our bank details:
