Ways to pay

You can choose how you want to pay with the variety of methods available. You can make a one-off payment or set up a regular repayment plan by contacting us.

Paying online

Make a one-off payment

Pay off the full amount or send us a single payment whenever it’s affordable for you. You don’t need to log in or have an online account to make a one-off payment.

 

Set up a repayment plan

Set up a regular repayment plan by Direct Debit. Decide when to pay and how much to pay. If your circumstances change, you can increase or decrease the amount you’re paying.

Other ways to pay

Bank transfer or standing order

Send a one-off payment or set up a standing order. Use your Lowell reference number as your payment reference.
