Payment options

I want to pay online

Every payment counts and you can choose a payment method, frequency and amount to suit your circumstance. Online you can pay by Debit card or set up a Direct Debit Plan. If you prefer you can pay at a NatWest branch or by phone.

Back on track with My Account

The first step to getting sorted is registering to manage My Account. This is your own online payment account which you can log in to and track payments, check your balance and review your budget. You can also set up and amend your Direct Debit arrangements. If you want to change or reset your password or your email address you can do that here too. To register you'll need the reference number from the letter we sent you. You’ll need this along with your date of birth and postcode.

Work out what you can afford

Before deciding how much you can comfortably pay, you need to check your figures and our budget calculator makes it easy. You’ll need to gather details of money coming in, like your wage, benefits and a pension if you have one, as well as the money you spend to live, like rent or mortgage, utility bills, and food. It’ll take around 20 minutes and gives a clear picture of your budget and how to move forward. To use the budget calculator you can either Login or just enter your Lowell reference, post code and date of birth.
